Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and depend on your location and shipping service selected.

Processing Time

Orders are shipped 3-5 business days after receipt of payment

Shipping Time

Most orders within the US arrive 2-4 days from the date they were shipped.  International orders vary by location; normally they take 7-10 days to arrive, but it's not uncommon for them to be delayed.  Delivery times are not in Lazy Lamb's control and as such packages delayed after shipping should be reported to your local post office.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If an item is damaged or lost, please contact us with photographs of the item and packaging as they arrived so that we can reimburse you or replace the item.

Customs Charges

Lazy Lamb is not responsible for customs fees incurred on international packages; these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  Packages returned due to unpaid duties or fees will not be refunded but can be reshipped if the buyer chooses to pay for shipping again.

Incorrect Addresses

If you have entered a n outdated or incorrect address by mistake please contact us immediately to change it.  Refunds will not be given for items delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
